· Actively participating in release and sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations, retrospectives, and solution releases.
· Analyzing complex mobile-related challenges (such as offline synchronization, data encryption, and performance optimization) and creating innovative solutions.
· Ensuring mobile application quality and timeliness of work, resolving bugs, and providing periodic performance reports.
· Providing mentorship and code-review guidance to mid-level and junior members of the mobile team.

· Professional Experience: At least 7 plus (7 ) years of related software engineering experience, with a minimum of 4 years of dedicated, hands-on experience designing and building native iOS applications.
· Location: Local candidates must be available to work a hybrid schedule in Ashburn, VA.
