Job description

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more. We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com . We’re looking for a Product Manager to define and build our data products portfolio, turning proprietary data into products and capabilities that help law firms achieve better, faster outcomes for their clients. This is a true 0-to-1 role. You’ll shape how we transform our data assets into products that solve meaningful problems for legal teams, working closely with ML, Data Engineering, and legal domain experts to take ideas from concept through scaled adoption. You’ll go deep on the underlying data and analytical challenges, while also thinking carefully about the customer experience: how do we make complex data understandable, actionable, and genuinely useful? This is a hybrid role based out of one of our office hubs, with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in office. Level will be calibrated to your experience. What you'll do: • Drive the product strategy for how EvenUp's data creates compounding value over time. • Own the full product lifecycle for data products, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration. • Partner with ML and data engineering teams to define data modeling requirements and shape how systems are built to support product goals. • Translate user and market needs into concrete prioritization decisions, with a high bar for rigor and clarity. • Collaborate with design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth launches and tight feedback loops post-release. What we look for: • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS. • Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience and a track record of turning data into product differentiation or revenue. • Technical depth to partner credibly with data engineering and ML teams and make informed tradeoffs on build vs. buy. • Strong user research instincts and the ability to translate between technical complexity and user experience. You know how to uncover what users actually need, not just what they ask for. • Comfortable moving fast in a high-growth environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job. Benefits & Perks: As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including: • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family. • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness. • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability. • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province. • A home office stipend. • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees. • Paid parental leave. • A local in-person meet-up program. • Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto. (Please note the above benefits & perks are for full-time employees) Notice to Candidates: To ensure fairness and proper consideration, we do not accept resumes or expressions of interest via email or social media messages. If you’re interested in a role, please submit your application directly through our careers page . Please note that EvenUp may use AI notetakers and other recording devices in the recruiting process. If you interview with us, with your consent, we may record your conversations and summarize them into notes for internal use. Recording is optional, and declining will not affect your candidacy.
