Job description
Who We Are:
Interra Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming how providers and patients navigate the prescription journey. Formed through the merger of DoseSpot, Arrive Health, and pVerify, Interra Health delivers trusted eligibility, real-time coverage and pricing insights, prescribing tools, and pharmacy transparency at the point of care—helping providers make informed decisions and patients access the right medications with greater clarity and affordability. Backed by strong market momentum and a bold vision for the future of connected care, Interra Health offers the chance to join an innovative, mission-driven team working at the intersection of software and healthcare to reduce friction, improve access, and make the healthcare experience better for everyone.
What You'll Do
- Own backlog strategy and prioritization, aligning work with company goals and product vision
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define and drive roadmap execution
- Lead weekly planning, capacity management, and delivery forecasting
- Proactively identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks
- Write and refine complex user stories with clear business and technical context, and lead acceptance testing to enforce quality standards
- Drive release planning, timelines, and cross-team coordination
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, grooming, planning, retrospectives) and partner deeply with engineering to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
- Act as a key stakeholder interface — managing cross-functional communication and expectations — and analyze delivery metrics to continuously improve team processes
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, inform product decisions, and identify opportunities to embed AI into product features and workflows
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role (equivalent experience considered)
- Strong experience leading agile teams and delivery processes
- Advanced proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, Shortcut, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple teams
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills, with deep analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of system architecture, dependencies, and technical concepts
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, post-merger environment where systems, priorities, and structures are still evolving
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare IT and understanding of the healthcare value chain (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with AI tools or AI-powered products, and familiarity with applying AI to improve workflows or product outcomes
- Familiarity with prescribing, pharmacy, eligibility, or medication-access workflows
- Certification such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe
Core Competencies
Knowledge & Application
Demonstrates complete knowledge of product-ownership principles, agile delivery, and backlog management within their domain. Assesses non-routine delivery situations and applies analytical problem-solving to identify root causes and prioritization tradeoffs, resolving a range of issues independently. A fully qualified, experienced contributor.
Complexity & Problem Solving
Works on problems of diverse scope where backlog prioritization, dependency management, and delivery decisions require evaluating multiple competing factors. Devises solutions from limited information and adapts existing approaches; work is largely self-directed and reviewed at critical delivery milestones.
Collaboration & Interaction
Builds relationships with senior partners across engineering, QA, compliance, and customer success who may not know product-delivery specifics — often requiring persuasion. Adapts communication for technical and non-technical audiences and advises stakeholders on delivery tradeoffs.
Pre-Employment Drug Screening: This position is subject to a pre-employment drug screening, where permitted by applicable law. Any required screening will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Interra Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
