Job description

ABOUT WISPR Wispr is an AI research and product company building the voice interface for computing. AI can now reason, code, and act. Yet, humans still do the work of the interface. We think that’s backwards. wisprflow.ai Our first products are Flow, which lets you speak naturally in any application, and Notetaker, which builds context across conversations. We’re building toward an interface that can perceive, understand, and take action with earned trust. That means solving hard problems across models, systems, and product - and caring about the final human experience as deeply as the technology underneath it. We’re a talent-dense team that holds strong opinions, tests them quickly, and builds technology that sparks joy. Our goal is to build the first voice interface used every day by a billion people. We're now looking for an Account Executive who will shape our early revenue motion, build relationships with technical buyers, and help enterprises understand what’s truly possible with voice interfaces. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build the GTM motion alongside our founder — from discovery frameworks to full cycle execution - Convert high-intent users into enterprise agreements through thoughtful discovery, pilots, and nuanced commercial navigation - Own the full sales motion end to end — qualification, discovery, POC design, procurement, security, legal, and close - Speak fluently with engineering, product, AI, and security stakeholders, and serve as a strategic partner vs. vendor - Become a subject matter expert on Flow — deeply understand the product’s technical capabilities, roadmap, and its implications for enterprise workflows - Capture learnings from the field and channel them into product, positioning, pricing, and repeatable playbooks WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT - 3–7+ years full-cycle AE experience in B2B SaaS - Proven success in high-volume new business generation in PLG, bottoms-up, or product-led expansion environments - Comfortable selling to technical personas: engineering, AI/ML, product, security, or innovation teams - Experienced in navigating procurement, InfoSec reviews, and multi-threaded enterprise cycles - Bonus: early-stage or seed-to-Series B experience where you shaped GTM from scratch Traits That Thrive at Wispr - High-agency, humble, intellectually curious — you don’t hide behind process, but you know how to build it - Obsessed with users and fluent in their workflows — you build context, not just pitch product - Analytical and experiment-driven — you test, measure, refine, and move fast without losing depth - Excellent writing and storytelling — Flow is nuanced, and you know how to communicate technical concepts clearly - Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building zero-to-one motion with founders and early customers LOGISTICS We sponsor H1B, O1, EB1, L1, STEM OPT, and more. We can't guarantee sponsorship for every role, but if we make you an offer we'll make every reasonable effort, with help from our immigration law firm. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. The strongest candidates we meet rarely do, so don't exclude yourself prematurely. We're rethinking how humans interact with AI, and doing that well demands diversity of perspective and experience. We're committed to a fair and accessible interview process. If you need any accommodations or adjustments, please let us know.
