Job description
About Us:
HiveWatch is a tech-forward, inclusive organization fostering the evolution of the physical security industry. We are a diverse team of forward thinkers who empower each other to find creative and collaborative solutions in an industry ripe for modernization. We are passionate about the problems we’re solving for our customers and equally passionate about the company we’re building.
HiveWatch is here to help security teams pivot from chasing threats to preventing them. We protect organizations, people, and property through the intelligent orchestration of physical security programs. With better communication, more insights, and less “noise”, we are modernizing what it means for businesses and their employees to truly feel safe.
Funding & Growth Momentum HiveWatch recently closed a $33M Series B, bringing total funding to over $65 million. The company is entering "Phase 2: Scale" with multiple Fortune 500 customers secured. 95% of Americans have interacted with a product, service, or brand protected by HiveWatch.
Founder with Deep Industry Expertise Ryan Schonfeld, Founder & CEO, began his career as a police officer and investigator before leading Global Security and Safety Technology at Fox Group. He founded HiveWatch to disrupt an antiquated physical security industry with AI-powered tools that free security operators from false alarms to focus on real threats.
Cutting-Edge AI Technology Security leaders are under tremendous pressure to modernize their function using AI, and HiveWatch is uniquely positioned to automate 90%+ of alarm responses for organizations, transforming how enterprise security teams work.
Culture of Ownership & Impact This is an environment where you can take genuine ownership, build meaningful relationships, and deliver results quickly. If you want to help build and scale a rapidly expanding sales organization with a real path to advance your career, this is the place.
Direct Access Partner directly with the VP of Sales, you'll work within a lean org structure with direct access to the Founder and senior leadership team to help shape the company's growth.
Relationships That Matter Our Customers aren’t just clients - they’re long-term partners. We value birthday cards over business cards and pride ourselves on building genuine relationships that drive trust and growth.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for bringing in net-new enterprise logos, selling HiveWatch's AI-powered Enterprise SaaS Solution into the physical security team at companies with 1,000+ employees. Your buyers are GSOC directors, physical security leaders, risk management executives, and operations leaders; any decision-makers who are responsible for protecting people, assets, and brands at scale.
Deal Profile:
Average Deal Size: $250,000, 7 figure contracts not uncommon
Average Sales Cycle: 6 months (often times complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales)
Annual Quota: $1.2M - $1.5M
Deal Structure: May involve a paid pilot, you can expect technical evaluations, and executive sign-off across security, IT, and procurement
Current Team:
You'll be joining a team of 8 Enterprise Account Executives, with plans to expand the team rapidly over the next year with a shared SDR resource.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of enterprise software sales experience
6+ years experience in direct software sales role
Proven track record navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals at companies with 1,000+ employees
Experience selling SaaS products, cybersecurity, or other complex B2B services
Comfortable running full end to end sales cycles
Intangibles:
Thrive in Ambiguity You're a self-starter who can build the plane while flying it. You navigate uncertainty with confidence, create structure where none exists, and still drive measurable results. You see the forest through the trees and turn complex challenges into clear paths forward.
Change Agent Mentality You're not afraid to challenge the status quo. Physical security has been done the same way for decades, and you're energized by the opportunity to convince skeptical enterprise buyers that there's a better way. You can articulate how AI-powered technology will make their lives dramatically easier, even when they're comfortable with legacy systems.
Relentless & Resourceful No task is too big or too small when it comes to closing deals and delighting customers. You'll go the extra mile, whether that's jumping on a last-minute demo, partnering with engineering to solve a technical objection, or building custom materials to win a complex enterprise deal.
Additional info:
Salary Range: $120,000–$160,000 base (anticipated total earnings $240,000–$320,000)*
Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan.
*Final offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
Benefits & Culture:
At HiveWatch, we’re passionate about taking care of our people — and it shows in the benefits we offer. Our team enjoys:
Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
Cutting-edge work in an emerging field with huge growth potential
Competitive compensation packages designed to reward top talent
A modern, newly renovated HQ right on Main Street in El Segundo, CA
401(k) with a 4% company match to help you invest in your future (match launches in 2026)
Flexible paid time off so you can recharge when you need it
Additional benefits include ClassPass credits and a discount on pet insurance
A family-friendly, compassionate culture that values balance and belonging
We encourage you to challenge the status quo, share your perspective, and leave fear at the (access-controlled) door.
Our EEO Statement:
HiveWatch is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to cultivating a work environment that supports, inspires, and respects all individuals. We execute our hiring practices so that they are merit-based and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, marital status, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, national origin, ancestry, military or veteran status, or other protected characteristic.
