Construction Tech | Growing Sales Team | Detroit About RIVET RIVET is how construction labor gets to work. You'll get out from behind the desk too, representing RIVET at in-person events across your territory. You'll work closely with a small and sharp territory team (pipeline and sales members), while still reporting directly to our VP of Revenue, so you're never far from the person setting the strategy, and you'll own how you build and run your pipeline. This role is a direct step toward becoming an Account Executive, based on performance and opportunity as we scale. What You'll Do • Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities • Book meetings with decision-makers who match our ideal customer profile • Represent RIVET at industry events and in-market visits to build relationships and generate new opportunities • Keep CRM records accurate and current for every lead and prospect you work • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to keep the pipeline moving and share what you're learning about lead quality • Build your knowledge of RIVET's product and market as you grow toward a selling role What You'll Bring • A bachelor's degree.
