Job description

About Moloco: Moloco is an AI-native performance advertising company, bringing the power of AI advertising to the open internet. Founded in 2013 by machine learning engineers who had built AI advertising systems inside the world's largest technology companies, Moloco began from a shared mission: to build that same engine for the open internet. Today, Moloco is one company with two businesses, built on the same compound AI system. Moloco Ads is our AI-native performance advertising platform, helping mobile app marketers acquire, retain, and re-engage high-value users across the open internet. Moloco Commerce Media is our AI-native retail media platform, enabling retailers and marketplaces to turn their platforms into thriving ad businesses. Both are powered by CARA (Compound Ad Recommendation Architecture) , the AI system behind every Moloco product. At Moloco, we bring together those who've already solved hard problems and those with the drive to. Here, we work on some of the complex problems in AI advertising, at a scale and level of sophistication very few companies can offer. Come build what's next. About this role: We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Product Marketing Lead to drive Moloco’s global product marketing strategy for consumer (ie non-gaming) companies. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how we position, launch, and market our solutions to consumer app advertisers worldwide. You will develop compelling messaging, craft go-to-market strategies, enable sales teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to help consumer apps maximize performance through Moloco’s advertising solutions. Balance global and regional approaches to ensure marketing programs resonate across diverse markets and drive measurable impact. Develop positioning and messaging: Conduct deep industry research (first-party and third-party) to understand the evolving needs of consumer app companies. Create data-backed, customer-centric messaging that clearly articulates Moloco’s unique value in helping consumer app businesses grow. Roll out positioning across web properties, sales enablement, content, events, and other initiatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Partner closely with Product to align the product roadmap with market needs and reinforce Moloco’s key differentiators. Plan & execute go-to-market initiatives: Own the end-to-end development and execution of go-to-market initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and growth. Lead high-impact programs such as sales narratives, event keynotes, webinars, research reports, and customer success stories. Launch and scale new product solutions: Collaborate with Product and Go-to-Market teams to effectively position and communicate new product features. Drive adoption and engagement through compelling storytelling, education, and enablement programs. Measure and iterate: Define clear success metrics for marketing initiatives, track performance, and optimize strategies based on insights. Partner closely with sales and maximize impact with AI: Have strong AI fluency and curiosity leveraging AI tools to accelerate impact. Be a strong product marketing partner with sales in the development of marketing assets and materials to move the business forward. Work iteratively with sales teams on pitch development, messaging, and demand tactics to rapidly identify the most effective path to product-market fit and scale. Develop battlecards, sales narratives, and ABM programs that connect top-of-funnel awareness to pipeline and conversion outcomes. How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 10+ years of experience in marketing or go-to-market roles, with at least 3 years in the mobile app performance marketing industry. Proven ability to develop and execute global marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.
