If you align with our core values—Stay Curious, Have Empathy, and Be Accountable—and are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply. We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep production expertise. Working within the brand vision and creative direction, you’ll translate campaign concepts into polished, consistent assets across a wide range of go-to-market channels. This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll spend most of your time designing and producing work for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, demand-generation programs, sales enablement, events, partnerships, and corporate communications. You’ll bring senior judgment to the execution—anticipating production needs, solving problems independently, and ensuring every deliverable is accurate, on-brand, and appropriate for its audience and channel. Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong advantage. We operate in a trust-sensitive, highly technical space where clarity, consistency, and attention to detail matter. What you’ll do Translate established creative concepts and brand direction into polished assets across multiple go-to-market channels Produce campaign deliverables for web, paid and organic social, email, landing pages, events, webinars, print, and other digital formats Create sales and partner collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, and reports.
