Job Responsibilities: • Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards. • Serve as the primary resource for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement. • Provide Quality oversight for technical projects and equipment, process, and test method qualification/validation projects. • Design and implement methods for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection. • Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, and test methodologies. • Assist in process certification and develop quality-reporting measures. • Report on quality issues, trends, and losses. • Participate in internal and external quality audits. • Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions for process improvements. • Investigate product quality to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Knowledge of Quality Assurance system development and implementation (e.g., ANSI/ISO/ASQ 9001, SQF, ISO 14001, QS 9100). • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
