You will be an advocate for innovation, change, and clarity across both Barrow and CommonSpirit, supporting and motivating both local and system-wide teams. Assignments will include complex initiatives with direct clinical relevance, significant scientific scope, and deep organizational impact. You will be an experienced product engineering leader, championing software engineering best practices, while delivering technology products through modern cloud platforms, on-premise high-performance computing environments, and full-stack development frameworks. You will have the autonomy to make critical architectural decisions within Barrow's domain, directly influencing the selection, delivery, and adoption of the new technologies that will define the next generation of neurological care, research, and education. • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex digital health platforms and clinical enablement solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and usability.
