• New customer acquisition + CRM-based outreach : Support new-customer acquisition efforts by building and maintaining target audiences (e.g., contextual and categorical targeting, account/industry segments, and CRM-based matched audiences). Partner with Sales and Marketing to align outreach with CRM segments and lifecycle stages and ensure messaging is consistent across touchpoints.
• Paid media measurement & optimization : Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (impressions, reach, clicks/CTR, view-throughs, landing-page engagement, conversions where applicable); recommend optimizations based on performance, audience quality, and website behavior. Coordinate pixel/tag needs and ensure tracking is implemented appropriately.
• Analytics & optimization : Track performance by channel and content type; produce recurring summaries highlighting what’s working, what’s not, and recommended next actions based on data.
• CRM and funnel awareness: Coordinate with Marketing and Sales on campaign tracking and audience segments; support contact/list hygiene activities and ensure digital campaigns align with CRM processes.
• Cross-functional coordination : Work with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to capture stories, schedule content, gather approvals, and keep projects moving on timeline.
