You use it to explore ideas, move faster, and sharpen your thinking, and you validate outputs before you trust them. - You love exploring new solutions, and you’re willing to break things along the way to learn. - You make confident decisions that are well thought out, and you’re willing to share your ideas and perspectives. - You can work independently, and you know that asking a teammate for a fresh perspective is a strength, not a weakness. - You do your best work alongside others and enjoy building as a team. You’re curious about how different people see a problem, and you let those ideas shape what you create. - You’re a clear, concise communicator who tells a good story and tailors it to your audience. - You’re passionate about Netflix’s mission to Entertain the World, and you believe you can thrive in our culture.
