Senior Product Enablement Partner at GoGuardian

Job description

What We Do At GoGuardian, we’re helping build a future where all learners are ready and inspired to solve the world’s greatest challenges. Our award-winning system of learning solutions is purpose-built for K-12 and trusted by school leaders to promote effective teaching and equitable engagement while helping empower educators to keep students safe. What It’s Like to Work at GoGuardian We are an outcomes-focused learning company with a steadfast focus on improving learning environments, one classroom at a time. Working with us means joining a remote team of diverse, committed, mission-driven employees who are inspired by our vision, dedicated to our customers, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Guardians put their heads together to solve problems, learn together from experiments that fail, and stand together by their work with full accountability. We balance our diligence with an inclusive culture that invites everyone to bring their whole self to work. Join us and learn why “I love the people here” is one of the most frequent comments we hear from Guardians. The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Enablement Partner to own product enablement across the GoGuardian product portfolio. You’ll equip New Business Executives (NBEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and their managers with the product knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to connect our solutions to customer needs—especially as new products launch and features are released. Reporting to the Manager of Enablement, you’ll own this function from strategy through execution and measurement. You’ll proactively uncover what’s coming on the product roadmap, translate it into actionable enablement plans, and adapt those plans as priorities shift. Success means sellers who can confidently explain, position, and demonstrate our products in prospect and customer conversations, supported by measurable improvements in conversation quality tracked through Clari. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product leaders, and sales leaders, and collaborate with our Instructional Designer and Enablement Specialist to deliver effective live and asynchronous learning. You’ll provide mentorship where appropriate and partner with the Sales Execution Lead and Sales Coach when relevant. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports; its focus is seller readiness, not technical training for Professional Services or other non-sales teams. What You’ll Do Own the product enablement strategy across the diverse GoGuardian multi-product portfolio for NBEs, CSMs, and their managers, translating product priorities into role-relevant learning and practical seller readiness. Serve as the primary Enablement partner to Product Marketing, building strong relationships with Product and sales leaders to uncover upcoming roadmap priorities, clarify customer value, and plan ahead for launches and feature releases. Build and execute launch and release enablement plans, improving cross-functional processes so the right information reaches Enablement in time; adapt quickly when scope, timing, or priorities change. Design and deliver interactive live training that helps sellers apply product knowledge to customer conversations, solution positioning, and effective product demonstrations. Own and implement product certification or equivalent readiness assessments that verify sellers can apply what they have learned—not simply complete training. Provide source material, direction, and feedback to the Instructional Designer and Enablement Specialist to ensure asynchronous learning aligns with the product enablement strategy; author courses and supporting resources as needed. Keep product enablement resources in Highspot current, accurate, easy to find, and useful in sellers’ day-to-day work. Use Clari conversation insights and analytics from Salesforce, Highspot, Groove, and other relevant tools to identify knowledge and application gaps, target enablement, and assess changes in seller confidence and conversation quality. Gather feedback from sellers, managers, and product partners to continuously improve training, resources, and readiness; communicate results, risks, and recommended next steps to stakeholders. Manage projects, deliverables, and assigned enablement requests with strong prioritization and accountability, proactively surfacing risks and resolving roadblocks. Provide mentorship to Enablement colleagues where appropriate and partner with the Sales Execution Lead and Sales Coach on shared needs. Who You Are 5+ years of product enablement experience supporting multiple products, with a track record of owning programs from strategy through delivery and measurement. Experience in K–12 education technology is required, with a strong understanding of district customer personas, buying needs, and the realities of selling to and supporting schools. Experience enabling customer-facing sales and Customer Success teams for product launches and feature releases, translating product capabilities into customer value and practical seller behaviors. Able to develop deep product expertise across a portfolio and help sellers explain and demonstrate solutions in ways that are relevant to their customers. A proactive, persistent partner who seeks out roadmap information, asks thoughtful questions, and develops plans before being asked—while keeping stakeholders aligned as details evolve. A skilled facilitator and clear communicator who can create engaging live training, guide asynchronous learning development, and assess whether learners can apply their knowledge. Comfortable using conversation intelligence, CRM reporting, and enablement analytics to diagnose gaps, define success measures, and improve programs; familiarity with tools such as Clari, Salesforce, and Highspot. Highly organized and adaptable, with sound judgment about priorities, effort, and business impact. You own deadlines and deliverables, pivot effectively, and raise risks early with a proposed path forward. A collaborative, trusted partner who can influence without formal authority, work effectively with senior stakeholders, and offer constructive feedback and mentorship. Fueled by the opportunity to help sellers serve schools more effectively and positively impact the education landscape. Something else? Tell us!
