Job description
Who You Are
You’re competitive, customer-obsessed, you love finding the perfect solution to a new challenge, you see around corners, finding creative ways to use existing tools to solve emerging problems. You’re empathetic, you feel customers’ pain and fight for solutions for them. You’re not content memorizing the quadratic formula - you want to understand how it’s derived. You love tinkering, taking things apart to understand how they really work.
Your empathy and your drive for deep understanding make you an incredible Sales Engineer ; you don’t just hear the prospect’s pain points, you understand them. Even when you’re approached with a new problem or use case we’ve never solved, your thorough grasp of everything a product can do means you almost always find a solution.
More importantly than any of your technical knowledge is your ability to create relationships; you don’t just solve, you sell. Your warm approach to prospect and customer conversations leaves people feeling that their question was answered, and that you’re someone they can trust with their most complex situations.
You’re a team player passionate about working closely with other members of the sales team to tag-team the exciting job of getting deals to close. You love the thrill of a signed contract, and you’re ready to tackle a brand new challenge.
Sound like you? You might be our next Sales Engineer.
