Role Overview
Defines and validates the HR data layer for the E360 RIF module, mapping Workday and upstream HR data
sources to Snowflake datasets that power the E360 roster, list management, and reporting capabilities.
Ensures data integrity, entitlement compliance, and reporting-readiness across the full RIF workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Define HR data requirements for the E360 RIF module: employee attributes, RIF selection fields, and
enrichment data points (selection rationale, severance indicators, role elimination flags, communicator
assignment).
Map source HR data (Workday, via DDP) to target Snowflake dataset structures required for E360 RIF
roster views and decision support.
Validate Snowflake datasets against business requirements — data completeness, accuracy, row-level
security, and entitlement compliance.
Develop and execute data validation test cases for both ingestion (DDP → Snowflake) and consumption
(Snowflake → E360) layers.
Collaborate with the Snowflake Developer to define data models, transformation logic, and write-back
patterns for RIF data enrichment.
Support design of Adverse Impact / Legal reporting datasets (demographic composition of affected vs.
retained populations).
Ensure all data designs comply with firm data governance, privacy, and access-control standards.
Document data dictionaries, lineage maps, and Snowflake dataset specifications for each RIF data
domain.
Partner with Business Analyst to ensure data requirements align with business process and workflow
specifications.
