JOIN US AS WE BUILD THE NEXT CARVANA - POWERED BY DEALERSHIPS ACROSS THE US. Proven scale: Tens of millions in vehicle revenue processed for 20+ leading brands and dealerships. Trusted by all tiers: From publicly traded OEMs with billions in annual GMV to fast-growing newcomers and a broad network of dealers. Backed to win: $17.2M raised from Activant Capital, JP Morgan Payments, Winnebago Industries, Y Combinator, the Tesla alumni fund, and other strategic investors. Be part of the team building the infrastructure powering the next era of vehicle commerce. POSITION OVERVIEW Ekho moves fast, and a lot of what matters most doesn't live neatly inside any one team. This Chief of Staff role exists to close that gap: you'll work directly with our founders, own the operational layer that keeps cross-functional work moving, and take on the projects that would otherwise fall through the cracks. You'll get real visibility across the company and real ownership over things that matter: strategic projects, GTM and revenue operations, and hands-on responsibility for a handful of our most important enterprise accounts. This is a fit if you like being handed a large, ambiguous problem and figuring out how to solve it. You'll report directly to Rowan, our CEO, and work closely with the rest of the leadership team on driving forward our strategic priorities. WHAT YOU'LL OWN FOUNDER & LEADERSHIP LEVERAGE - Extend the CEO and leadership team's capacity: chase down highly important, ambiguous problems, manage competing priorities, and make sure the right decisions get made at the right time. - Help investor communications and key leadership reviews. - Run point on high-priority, cross-functional projects from first framing through execution. GTM & ACCOUNT LEADERSHIP - Take on marketing and GTM execution that drives growth: write case studies for key accounts, draft partnership announcements, push on pipeline tactics, and coordinate outside marketing contributors and agencies. - Build and maintain the dashboards leadership actually uses to track performance, account health, and operational KPIs. - Back up a set of Ekho's enterprise accounts at the QBR and renewal level, and be a part of the operating team building creative solutions to drive performance and solve unique client challenges STRATEGY & COMPANY OPERATIONS - Turn vague priorities into plans with real owners and real timelines. - Find the operational gaps, fix them, and leave behind a process that works without you. - Support hiring and team-scaling as we grow. In general, this role is going to largely redefine itself every 6 months. You’ll be thrown at the most important, challenging problems in the company that need extra firepower and given the mandate to find solutions. Above are a few of the immediate projects that are top of mind, but there are many others in the realm of possibility. WHO YOU ARE REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - 4–8 years in management consulting, investment banking, or a demanding operating role at a startup, with a track record of taking on unfamiliar problems and actually seeing them through. - You build systems and processes, not just one-off deliverables. - Excellent written and verbal communicator. - Fluent with AI: you've built skills, routines, and agents, and you actually use AI and systems-thinking to cut down your own day-to-day work. - Based in or willing to relocate to New York City. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in a regulated or operationally complex industry (automotive, fintech, insurance, healthcare, or similar). - Experience supporting or managing key client or partner relationships. - Time at an early-stage or high-growth startup, or a close-up view of how one runs. - Comfortable operating with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment. HOW YOU WORK - Ambiguity-shaping. You turn a fuzzy problem into a first pass, then push it to resolution. - Do-er. If you say it, it happens (and it happens fast). - High bar for excellence: you demand a lot out of yourself and others. You’re allergic to mediocrity. - AI-native. You reach for AI to actually change how work gets done, not just to shave a few minutes off a task. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - $170K–$200k base + meaningful equity - Health, dental, & vision - 401(k) - Free lunch and dinners - $700/year work setup stipend - Annual team offsite
