• Stakeholder Coordination & Problem Solving: Serve as the primary administrative and technical support for customer inquiries. Work independently to resolve complex logistics, licensing, and asset-management issues, coordinating seamlessly with technical teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders.
• General Support: Perform additional property accountability and IT logistics duties as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer-service skills. Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, resolve complex issues with limited supervision, and collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and government teams.
• Experience supporting Army or Joint logistics organizations (e.g., S4, G4, or J4 environments).
• Familiarity with Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS).
• Direct experience managing software asset-management programs and IT inventories within cyber range, training, or exercise environments.
• Advanced experience in developing budgets, cost estimates, and procurement forecasts for government IT assets.
