AI Capabilities: Build the foundation that lets Marketing use AI safely and effectively, including the shared context humans and agents work from, the templates teams use to build their own agents, and rules for what an agent can do on its own vs. what needs a human-in-the-loop, and the observability standards that enable troubleshooting and improvement. Cross-functional GTM: Own Marketing's engagement with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Product, Data & Analytics, and Security & IT on operating and building our growth engine. The team: Hire, develop, and grow a team of senior individual contributors that set the standard for a top-tier modern Marketing Ops function.
