Job description

About Vibes Vibes is reinventing the messaging ecosystem. You probably get dozens of brand communications every day — most of them aren't interesting, don't make you love the brand more, or improve the service you receive. That's about to change. RCS is an exciting new messaging channel that delivers the richness of an app through the ubiquity of your phone's native messaging — no download required. Vibes has been shaping mobile engagement since the advent of text messaging, routing billions of messages per month and guiding innovation across the industry. We hold one of only four coveted Tier-1 DCA spots for RCS — which means we're not just watching this shift happen, we're driving it. If you want to be part of a team building the next era of brand-to-consumer communication, this is the place. To learn more, visit www.vibes.com. About the Role This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for a Demand Gen practitioner who wants to lead the practice for a growth stage SaaS company. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you'll own strategy and execution end-to-end — from campaign architecture and pipeline targets to day-to-day program delivery. This person will be an individual contributor with autonomy to create the strategy and drive results, a direct line to senior leadership, and the opportunity to build something that matters at a company on the edge of a major market shift. We're looking for someone who's been a standout executor and is ready to take on a larger role — someone who wants to own outcomes, not just tasks. You'll shape how Vibes goes to market, influence pipeline directly, and contribute to an exciting growth story.
