• L ead the end - to - end technical architecture and desig n of OMS solutions to support complex omnichan n e l business req uir ements • Dr i ve so l ution assessments, architecture alig n ment, and fit - gap analys i s with en t erprise architecture standards • Own hig h-l evel and low -l evel des i gn artifacts and le ad technica l design reviews across OMS modules • Prov i de technica l lead e rship duri n g O M S i mplementatio n , c u stomizatio n , integ r at i on, testing , UAT, and prod u ct i on rollou t phases • Gui d e de v e l opment teams o n OMS bes t practices, coding standa r ds, and perfo r m an ce opt imi zation • Coll a bo r ate with b usiness stakeho l ders, prod u ct owners, and IT t e am s to ensure solutions meet b u s in ess and operational goals • Support O M S u p g r ades , roadm a p pl a nn i ng, and p r oductio n su p port activities including issue tr i age and root - cause ana l ysis • Coord i nate wit h product vendors fo r defect resolution and enhancement planning a l igned t o release schedules • E xtensive hands - on experience with IBMOrder Management System (OMS) across Distr i buted Order Management, I nventory, P ricing, Call Center, Store, Supplier Collaboration,Logist i cs, and Reverse Log i stics modules • Proven expertise in OMS architecture, solut i on des i gn, and end - to - e n d imp l eme n tat i on in large - scale retai l and om ni channel env i ronments • Stro n g exper i e n ce in order l ifecycle management, in cl uding sales orders, purc h ase orders, transfer orders, p ayments, invoici n g, t axation, a n d returns • Deep know l edge of OMS integ r at i ons w i th E RP, WMS, CRM, e - com m erce platfo r ms, tax engines , and logist i cs partne r s usingREST/SOA P services • Stro n g profic i ency in Java, XML, XS L T, Angu l a r , and m i croserv i ces - based architectures • E xpe r ience wit h bothB 2 B and B 2 C OMS imp l eme n tat i ons • Stro n g understand i ng of N ext - Gen OMS/ OMoC 0 architecture and containeri z ed/clo u d d eployments • E xpert i se i n pe rf ormance tun i ng, scalab i l ity, security, and high - avail a bility O M S sol u tions • E xpe r ience wor k ing in Ag il e del i very models and l eading cross - funct i onal teams
