WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own creative strategy for paid social video ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube—focused on CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Develop ad concepts from scratch: hooks, angles, narratives, and formats built for rapid testing and iteration.
- Write platform-native scripts that feel conversational and built for the scroll—not the boardroom.
- Manage and mentor a small, high-output creative team—setting the bar for quality, speed, and ambition.
- Be the creative face of Creatify to key clients: present strategies, pitch concepts, and build trust as a strategic partner.
- Design AI-powered workflows that supercharge production speed, creative variation, and testing cycles.
- Build repeatable creative frameworks and playbooks that enable the team to produce ads at scale.
- Use performance data to scale winners, kill underperformers, and iterate fast.
WHO YOU ARE

- Strong conceptual thinker—you instinctively know what hooks and messaging drive action.
- Deep fluency in social-first ad formats and real user behavior on major platforms.
- Data-aware: you use metrics to guide creative decisions, not just gut instinct.

- Excellent communicator who can present to clients, rally a team, and make complex ideas accessible.
- Experience managing creative teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Bonus: ex-creative agency owner or co-founder—you know what it takes to build a creative operation from the ground up.
