Job description

About Blinq Blinq is the AI contacts app for people who meet people. We're on a mission to unlock the world's relationship potential. So much of what's possible in the world is locked inside relationships that never quite happen. A missed conversation, a forgotten follow-up, the right person at the wrong time. We're building so those chances aren't left to chance. What started as the world's #1 digital business card is now used by 4 million professionals and at 93% of the Fortune 500. We've raised $45m+ from Blackbird, Square Peg, HubSpot Ventures, and Touring Capital. Learn more: blinq.me Why join Blinq You want to be part of an AI-native company at an inflection point. Big enough to have real momentum, customers, and resources. Small enough that the work you do shapes where it goes from here. You want to do the best work of your life alongside people doing the same. We hold an unusually high bar for talent and we hire people who treat that as a feature, not a threat. You want to be in the room as we scale globally. With teams in New York, San Francisco, Sydney, and Melbourne, you'll help build the category-defining AI contacts company from the inside. How we work We've all joined Blinq to find out how good we really are. That shows up in how we work: We are professional optimists. We think what's possible first and let constraints come second. We hold an insanely high talent bar. A players only. We are obsessed with craft. The details are the thing, not the polish on top of it. We are truth obsessed. We say what's true even when it's uncomfortable, and we have the courage to pursue contrarian but correct bets. We do more with less. Calculated frugality and beautiful simplicity guide how we build. We are all here to genuinely do our life's best work. Growth at Blinq Our Growth team is where sales, marketing, and growth strategy collide to supercharge Blinq’s reach. We bring our story to life for customers, partners, and the broader market - showing them how a single “card share” can launch a lasting relationship. If you’re passionate about connecting big ideas to the people who need them most, this is your place to shine. Role & Impact You’ll own a portfolio of business customers across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and product education through to renewal and expansion. This role combines customer success with commercial account ownership. You’ll understand what each customer wants to achieve, help them adopt Blinq across their teams and lead conversations about renewing and growing their account. Working closely with Sales, Support, Product and Engineering, you’ll also turn customer insights into improvements to our product and processes. What You’ll Do Lead onboarding and rollout planning, setting clear goals and helping customers introduce Blinq across their teams. Run product knowledge sessions, feature walkthroughs and webinars tailored to administrators and team members. Build relationships with customer champions, budget owners and decision-makers, understanding their priorities and buying processes. Use product usage data and customer conversations to identify adoption barriers, renewal risks and growth opportunities. Own renewals, including pricing and commercial discussions, and coordinate plans to address churn or contraction risks. Grow accounts by identifying opportunities to bring Blinq into additional teams, departments and locations. Maintain clear account plans, customer health records, renewal forecasts and expansion opportunities in our CRM. Partner with Support, Product and Engineering to resolve escalations and communicate clearly with customers. Improve playbooks and use AI and automation thoughtfully to manage your portfolio, with personal attention where it matters. What You’ll Bring Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS, owning both customer outcomes and commercial results. Evidence of improving adoption, retaining customers and growing existing accounts. Confidence leading renewal, pricing and expansion conversations, with sound commercial judgment. The ability to use customer, product and revenue data to prioritize work and measure impact. Clear communication, whether you’re running product training, navigating a difficult conversation or speaking with senior decision-makers. Strong organization and follow-through across a large portfolio, with a practical approach to AI and automation. Ownership, curiosity and comfort working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment. Bonus: Experience supporting rollouts across multiple departments, locations or larger employee populations. What you get Time to switch off. 20 days of annual leave. Plan for your future. Access to a 401(k) retirement plan. Healthcare plan Salary ranges from $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience. What you get Competitive salary and a real growth path.
