If you're energized by holding both the member experience and the partner outcome in your head at the same time, this role may be for you! You Have 5+ years of relevant product management experience, with meaningful exposure to both consumer or engagement-driven product work and B2B or enterprise product management A track record of building or iterating on engagement mechanics grounded in behavioral or engagement data Deep fluency in consumer or member behavior—you know what makes people engage, drop off, and come back, and can translate that into product decisions Comfort partnering with commercial, clinical, and client-facing teams to understand what outcomes a partner is actually buying and translating that into product requirements Experience building highly engaging digital health products or member-facing experiences Passion for digital health and a commitment to Noom's mission Experience building highly engaging digital health products or member-facing healthcare experiences is strongly preferred.
