Job description

At Google, we "Focus on the user and all else will follow." Our UX Engineers are versatile, passionate, and driven to advance the vision for our design teams. Comfortable working across discipline lines, you will develop products and prototypes that bring innovative ideas to life. Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. In a fast-paced environment, you will use your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user-facing technologies to: create prototypes that define product experiences; launch innovative features; build tools to accelerate UX teams; and bridge design and engineering to ensure efficient, high-quality execution. Platform and Service Experience (PSX) crafts experiences that simplify, inspire, and expand the use of Google Cloud technology. The PSX UX Engineering team bridges the gap between ambitious design goals, AI-first capabilities, and production-grade engineering across Cloud Foundations. Operating at the intersection of Design, Research, and Engineering, you will build interactive prototypes, author agentic skills and tools, co-develop evaluation frameworks for agentic systems, and deliver production-grade user experiences across Google Cloud. In this role, you will operate as a technical catalyst, moving fluidly between authoring intelligent agents and skills, establishing evaluation testbeds with UX Research, prototyping novel server-driven UI (SDUI) patterns, and landing production-grade code in Google3. Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.
