Job description

About the Company At Rezilient, we’re redefining what primary care looks like, making it more accessible, seamless, and patient-centered than ever before. Through our innovative CloudClinic model, we combine virtual provider visits with smart, tech-enabled infrastructure to deliver timely, personalized care. By removing traditional barriers to access and continuously expanding our specialty offerings, we’re building a healthcare experience that’s as convenient as it is comprehensive. About the Role We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to support the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the products that power Rezilient’s care model, with a particular focus on the member experience in and out of the clinic. This person will sit at the intersection of clinical operations, engineering, and the business, turning real member needs into products and features that make a delightful care experience easier to access and more engaging. As Rezilient scales across new employers, health systems, and markets, this role will bring structure and focus to how product decisions get made: defining problems clearly, prioritizing against measurable outcomes, and shipping in close partnership with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Sales. The role will also help shape how Rezilient applies AI in care delivery. Success in this role looks like a clear and trusted roadmap, fast and higher-quality releases, and measurable gains in member engagement and outcomes. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting product direction with leadership and working through requirements and edge cases with engineers, and brings sound judgment to a regulated healthcare environment where the ability to both move fast and “do no harm” matter. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Rezilient member experience, aligning priorities with company goals and customer commitments. • Translate input from leadership, clinical teams, customers, and data into a prioritized roadmap with clearly defined outcomes. • Communicate roadmap decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders at every level, from executives to front-line care teams. • Ensure products meet HIPAA, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance and Engineering. Discovery & Requirements • Lead product discovery with members and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points. • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that Engineering and Design can build against. • Partner with Design on user flows, prototypes, and usability testing to validate solutions before and after launch. Delivery & Launch • Partner with Engineering to plan sprints, manage the backlog, and keep delivery on track against committed timelines. • Work with Product Operations and QA to ensure releases are well tested, documented, and ready for internal teams. • Own launch planning with Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Implementation so new features roll out smoothly. Metrics & Continuous Improvement • Define product KPIs around member activation, engagement, utilization, and app store reviews, and track them on a consistent cadence. • Use product analytics, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities and measure impact. • Share regular product updates and insights with leadership and cross-functional partners. • Raise the bar for product practice across the team by sharing frameworks, templates, and best practices that help the product function scale. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or product area from discovery through launch and iteration. • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or consumer health industry. • Shipped and scaled at least one consumer mobile health, wellness, or fitness app with a large active user base, with strong product instincts for onboarding, engagement, and retention. • Experience building AI or machine learning features into a product. • Fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools, and the judgment to know where they help and where direct human research and review remain necessary. • Strong skills in writing requirements, prioritizing a backlog, and working day to day with engineering and design teams. • A data-driven approach, with comfort defining success metrics and using analytics to guide decisions. • Sound judgment and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR. • Experience with employer benefits, health plans, or B2B2C healthcare models. • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, and product analytics platforms. At Rezilient Health, we're on a mission to make humane healthcare truly abundant, and we invest in the people who make that possible. This is a high-impact role where your ideas directly shape how care is delivered, within a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team that believes healthcare is fundamentally a human experience. We back that commitment with a robust total rewards package: • Meaningful ownership through stock options, allowing you to share directly in the value you help create as we grow • Competitive base compensation • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage options, with Rezilient contributing toward your premiums • Complimentary access to Rezilient's clinical programs for you and your household members, the same connected care we deliver to our members • 401(k) retirement plan to support your long-term financial well-being • Flexible Paid Time Off, so you can recharge without counting days • Dedicated Paid Sick Leave, separate from your FTO, for when health needs come first • 11 paid company holidays each year • Paid family leave to support you through life's biggest moments • Optional ancillary benefits, including life insurance, disability coverage, and a Health Savings Account (HSA)
