Job description

Weight Watchers is the global leader in science-backed weight management, offering an integrated support system built for the GLP-1 era that combines scientific expertise, medication, cutting-edge technology, and human connection. With more than 60 years of experience, Weight Watchers is the most studied commercial weight management program in the world, delivered through its No. 1 U.S. doctor-recommended weight-loss program. Its holistic, personalized approach also includes U.S.-based clinical interventions and access to GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate, and a global network of coaches and community support. Since 1963, the company has led with science to deliver its members the personalized support they need to reach and sustain their goals. Members can access these solutions directly, or through Weight Watchers for Business’ full-spectrum platform for employers, health plans, and payers. In a landscape crowded with contradictory advice, isolating apps, and one-size-fits-all solutions, Weight Watchers offers a proven path forward that is rooted in research, grounded in empathy and designed to help every member feel better in their body and live a longer, healthier life. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Motion & Brand Designer to create motion and brand creative across our most important acquisition channels — CRM, landing pages, and paid social. This is a senior role for a designer who moves comfortably between quick-turn executions and more polished, higher-fidelity campaign work, bringing strong craft and sound judgment to both. You'll be the team's go-to expert in motion — GIFs, animation, and video. You'll also bring strong foundational design chops, so you can flex across formats and project types. The work is almost entirely digital; print or packaging comes up only occasionally. What You'll Do Own end-to-end creation of motion assets across email/CRM (animated GIFs, banners), website and landing page graphics, paid social ads, organic social content, and campaign videos. Apply deep motion design expertise (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Jitter) alongside strong core design skills (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to deliver polished, on-brand work across multiple formats. Prioritize and manage multiple projects at varying stages of finish — from rough concepts to final production-ready assets with the flexibility to move between quick executions and longer-lead campaign work. Build deep fluency in our brand system and voice so you can work independently, with minimal rounds of review. Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and processes so the team can handle a growing volume of requests without sacrificing quality, craft, or bandwidth. Partner cross-functionally with marketing and brand stakeholders to turn briefs into creative that performs. What You Bring 7+ years of experience in brand design and motion graphics, with a portfolio that shows range, craft, and impact. Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with solid working knowledge of Figma and the broader Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Jitter or similar emerging motion tools is a plus. A T-shaped skill set: deep specialization in motion graphics paired with strong generalist design ability across formats, platforms, and project types. A track record of independently managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities while consistently hitting deadlines. Experience designing for CRM/email, landing pages, and/or paid social strongly preferred. This role is primarily digital — print or packaging experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement. Strong communication skills — comfortable collaborating with peers even without formal direct reports. A collaborative, process-oriented mindset — someone who's comfortable flagging friction and proposing better ways of working. Why This Role Matters This position sits at the center of our creative team's most visible work — the campaigns and touchpoints our members interact with every day. It's a chance to contribute to both the problem solving & craft and of our motion and brand work, with real visibility across the business. Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
