Ode is the team bringing frontier AI into practice. We are a team of experienced builders who care deeply about getting complex AI systems into production, with strong conviction about what makes them succeed. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Build the infrastructure to scale: Build the systems, data, and processes that keep us ahead of growth. Approach internal operations like a product, using AI and automation to create better ways of working as we scale. - Lead critical strategic initiatives: Take on the cross-functional problems and opportunities that matter most to our next stage of growth—from new market expansion to new bets across the business. - Optimize supply and demand: Connect our commercial pipeline to our workforce through forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing—ensuring we have the right talent deployed against the right work while optimizing utilization and economics. - Drive company planning and performance: Own the rhythms that help us run the company—from annual and quarterly planning to internal communications, business reviews, and Board preparation. WHAT YOU BRING: - You've scaled a high-growth business: You've helped build the systems and infrastructure behind a company through a period of rapid growth. - You bring exceptional analytical and technical rigor: You're highly quantitative, understand how data and systems work under the hood, and can build rigorous models from messy inputs. - You're a player-coach: You can build and lead an exceptional team while staying deeply in the work. - You build lean by design: You default to better systems, automation, and AI before adding people or process. - You want to win: You have a high bar, move with urgency, and are deeply motivated to build something exceptional. OUR VALUES - Overdeliver: We are writing the playbook on how to create enterprise value with LLMs, and building our reputation as the world’s best applied AI team. - Overuse AI: We obsessively explore and experiment with Claude to push the frontier of applied AI and share what we learn with our teammates. - Over “engineer” the Culture: We’re building a culture that attracts and retains top applied AI talent, and we stress test large decisions through the perspective of our world class builders.
