Support data integrity and compliance across the compensation architecture through regular audits, testing, and documentation.
We’re excited about you because…

You have experience owning compensation cycle execution (such as merit, bonus, or equity) for a global organization, including data loads, comp statements, and range or benchmarking data management.
You have a BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience.
You are a self-motivated, analytical problem solver who is comfortable working through complex, ambiguous problems and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering directly with senior stakeholders across global business units.
