Job description

ABOUT NEUROSCALE Neuroscale is on a mission to transform hiring into a science. Our vision is to build the most intelligent recruiting platform in the world, where sourcing, screening, outreach, vetting, and hiring for the most ambitious companies on earth happen in one unified system, powered by AI that actually understands hiring. We built Arbi, the first end-to-end AI recruiting platform that connects companies with thousands of specialized recruiters and autonomous AI sourcing agents that work together to fill roles faster and more accurately. Pipeline is compounding. Customers range from startups to enterprises to the federal government. The category is being redrawn in real time, and we intend to own the pen. ABOUT YOU You are a person who craves impact. You want to leave a (big) dent on the world. You are generally disappointed in the bar held by most people every day. You feel smarter than everyone around you, yet that doesn't make you happy, it makes you sad that you aren't being pushed to think hard enough. You've sold before, and you've sold well, but you're tired of being a cog in someone else's revenue machine. You want to build the machine. You want your name attached to the deals, the content, the category. THE ROLE We are hiring a Growth Account Executive to be a foundational voice of Neuroscale in the market. This is a hybrid role that fuses revenue ownership with content-driven distribution. You will close deals AND build the brand that makes those deals inbound by default. This is not a traditional AE role. It is not a traditional growth role either. You will own deals through the full motion: converting customers through high-signal content and outbound, running deals end-to-end, and architecting the systems that future hires will run on. You will be a public face of Neuroscale on LinkedIn and across the recruiting community, the person on demos closing deals against legacy ATS and recruiting tech, and the operator who turns chaos into a repeatable engine. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. If you need a playbook handed to you, this is not the job for you. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Sales Execution. Carry a quota and beat it. Run the full cycle: qualification, demo, pilot, close. Convert inbound from free trials, demo requests, and content-driven traffic. Run targeted outbound to in-house TA teams, recruiting agencies, and RPOs that fit our ICP. Manage fast deal cycles across multiple customer types. Out-sell legacy ATS and recruiting tech in competitive evaluations against Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, and the new wave of AI sourcing point solutions. - Awareness and Growth Strategy. Strategize and iterate with the founders on the best ways to build awareness of Neuroscale and Arbi. Bring sharp opinions on positioning, narrative, and which channels deserve real investment. Translate strategy into shipped experiments instead of slide decks. - Growth Experimentation. Design and run experiments to test new products, messages, and ICPs. Build lead magnets, content, and landing pages to validate hypotheses fast. Measure what works, kill what doesn't, and double down on the winners. - Customer Storytelling and Distribution. Surface the amazing hires happening on our platform and turn them into stories the market actually wants to consume. Build a personal and company presence on LinkedIn that Heads of TA, recruiting leaders, and HR operators want to follow. Spread customer wins through video, partner channels, influencers, and the broader recruiting community. Cover the industry's hot debates with a strong, opinionated point of view, and make Neuroscale the default voice in the AI recruiting conversation. If this isn't you, don't bother applying. SOME INTERESTING PROBLEMS YOU WILL WORK ON - Define how the AI recruiting category gets sold, in a market that didn't exist 24 months ago - Build a content engine that makes Neuroscale the most-followed voice in modern recruiting - Crack the GTM motion for a hybrid product that serves in-house TA, agencies, and RPOs simultaneously - Design the activation and conversion loops for a PLG motion in a space that has historically been sales-led - Help build the playbook that the next ten AEs run on COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 1. $350K OTE (base + variable + bonus). Real compensation for people who do real work. 2. Uncapped commission with aggressive accelerators. You get extra-rewarded as we grow. 3. Health, Vision, and Dental. 50% reimbursed. We take care of the people who take care of the company. 4. Generous PTO. We measure output, not hours. Take the trip. 5. Remote or in-person. We have two modern campuses in Reston and Sterling, Virginia. Northern Virginia is what happens when defense money meets startup ambition. It's the SF of the east coast and we've planted our flag here. 6. Generous relocation assistance if applicable, available after 90 days of employment. 7. Direct access to the best. You will work alongside founders, operators, and advisors who have built and scaled real things. The learning curve here is not a perk line item but it might be the most valuable thing on this list. THE TEAM 1. We are not a recruiting agency or consulting firm. We are not a "process first" company. We don't have a lot of BS meetings and we don't have a lot of managers. What we do have is a small, hungry, unreasonably talented group of people who move fast, think hard, and genuinely care about building something that matters. 2. You will not be handed a lead list and a script. You will not be "onboarded" for three weeks. You will be thrown into the fire on day one, working directly with the founding team on positioning, pricing, narrative, and the deals that shape what Neuroscale becomes. You will be the primary commercial voice in customer conversations, one of the public faces on LinkedIn, and the person who makes sure our story actually lands. 3. We move with urgency. And we hold ourselves to a standard that most people would find uncomfortable. This is not a job. It's a chance to do some of the most important work of your career, earlier than you thought possible, with people who will push you harder than anyone has before. If that sounds like home, you already know what to do. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Neuroscale is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and walks of life, including but not limited to race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, and disability status.
