**FINANCIAL ADVISORS, P&C PROFESSIONALS & REAL ESTATE AGENTS: ADD A PRODUCTION PLATFORM — NOT ANOTHER JOB**
**Choate Agency | Symmetry Financial Group | Remote | U.S. Residents Only**
This posting is not for entry-level applicants.
We’re looking for licensed — or license-ready — professionals who already sit in front of clients and are leaving life insurance revenue on the table.
If any of these describe you, keep reading:
You’re a **financial advisor, wealth manager, or CFP** who refers life business out — and you’re ready to keep that revenue inside your practice.
You’re a **property & casualty agent** writing home and auto every week. Your clients already trust you with insurance. Most of them still have little or no life coverage.
You’re a **real estate agent** who walks families through the biggest purchase of their lives. The mortgage gets closed. The income-protection conversation often never happens.
You’re an **established life agent** whose production deserves better comp, more carriers, or a lead platform you don’t have now.
⏰ You hold an **active or reactivatable life license** you’re barely using — and you’d put it to work part-time if the structure was right.

**HOW THIS WORKS FOR YOUR PROFESSION**
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
**FINANCIAL ADVISORS & WEALTH MANAGERS**
Stop referring life revenue out of the practice. You already have the relationship and the planning conversation. We provide the carriers, underwriting support, and back office. You add a product line without changing your model, your brand, or your current firm relationships where permitted.
**PROPERTY & CASUALTY PROFESSIONALS**
Your clients already buy insurance from you. Home and auto protect the property. Life protects the income that pays for it. Most P&C books have a large, natural life gap. Keep your agency. Add a life platform. If you don’t hold a life license yet, we contribute $100 toward the course and walk you through it.
**REAL ESTATE AGENTS**
A new mortgage is one of the clearest life-insurance needs a family will ever have. You are already in the room at the moment it matters. This is not a career change and not a desk job. It’s a part-time, phone-based way to help clients protect the home you just helped them buy — and get paid for work you’re close to already doing. Evenings, weekends, and gaps between showings work.
**ESTABLISHED LIFE PRODUCERS**
Bring your production to a structure that pays what it’s worth. Multiple carriers, strong comp, lead flow you don’t have to create from scratch, and a book you own. Many producers find the comp comparison alone is worth a 20-minute conversation.
**PART-TIME LICENSE HOLDERS**
Keep the license working 10–15 hours a week. Warm leads. No cold calling. No full-time grind. Consistent part-time producers on this system often earn $2,000–$6,000+/month. If the license is inactive, we’ll help you finish CE and reactivate.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
**EARNING POTENTIAL**
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role with uncapped earnings.
- Part-time producers: $2,000–$6,000+/month
- Full-time experienced producers: $150,000–$400,000+/year
- Top leaders with teams: $750,000+/year
- Residual renewals stack on top of new production year after year
Results vary based on effort, activity, and existing book or network. Income is not guaranteed.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
**REQUIREMENTS**
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Active life license, inactive life license you’re willing to reactivate, **or** current work as a financial advisor, P&C professional, or real estate agent with willingness to obtain a life license (we contribute $100 toward the course)
- U.S. residency and work authorization — no visa sponsorship
- 18+ and able to pass a background check
- Professional, client-first communication
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
**APPLY**
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
No cover letter.
Answer these two questions with your application:
1. What is your current role and licensing status? (Financial advisor / P&C / real estate / active life license / inactive life license)
2. What would this platform need to deliver to be worth your time — comp, leads, flexibility, or keeping more revenue inside your existing book?
Qualified applicants are contacted within 48 hours for a brief, no-pressure comparison call.
