BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of instructional designers or learning professionals. • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, influence decision-making, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. • Instructional Design Expertise: Deep knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM) and adult learning theory. • Certification: Active Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) or Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) credential. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, especially the Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise). • Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously, translating high-level strategic direction into concrete project plans and deliverables for the team. • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
