Job description

Twin Health At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health. We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives. Working here Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment. Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® . With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world. Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health. Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own scheduling and the lab experience end to end, and to build the tools that power workforce planning for care team capacity. Much of this work runs through our core clinical operations platform, the system of record for members and the backbone for how our care team operates day to day. This work sits at the center of care delivery — when it works well, members get seen faster and care teams spend their time on patients instead of process. This role calls for a builder mentality: someone comfortable specifying, prompting, and shipping AI-powered features quickly, then iterating based on real usage. You'll work closely with design, engineering, data science, and clinical stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize solutions that meet real-world operational needs, and ensure strong alignment across teams. Responsibilities Own scheduling and the lab experience end to end, including the core clinical operations platform that underpins much of this work, balancing reliability today with a roadmap to modernize it. Build the tools that power workforce planning for care team capacity, partnering closely with the team that owns the underlying supply and demand models. Design and deliver AI-powered features that improve scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, and staffing decisions, moving fast with strong prompt, versioning, and evaluation practices. Collaborate closely with clinical and operations stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points, and translate them into detailed specs, user stories, and Jira tickets. Lead cross-functional agile teams through all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration. Define and track success metrics to measure impact on scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, staffing utilization, and care quality. Work closely with AI/ML teams to ensure technical solutions are interpretable, clinically safe, and effectively integrated into workflows. Align with leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure product direction supports company strategy and operational goals. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, operations, or workflow platforms. Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features (LLMs, agents, RAG, personalization), with clear metric lifts. Experience designing and launching products for operational or care-team-facing workflows, including scheduling, staffing, or logistics. Proven ability to build complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features in regulated environments. Comfort with quantitative, model-driven problems such as demand forecasting or capacity/supply modeling. Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, and the needs of multidisciplinary care teams. Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and manage the product development lifecycle end to end. Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills, capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities. Analytical mindset with strong product judgment: comfort with A/B testing, KPI definition, ambiguity, and fast iteration. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven track record of aligning diverse stakeholders. Experience owning or working within an EMR or core clinical operations platform (e.g., Epic, athenahealth) is a strong plus. This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Twin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and to achieve this purpose, we need the very best people to enhance our cutting-edge technology and medical science, deliver the best possible care, and turn our passion into value for our members, partners and investors.
