• Experience: 10+ Years • Strong hands-on expertise in: • Java (backend engineering) and React (frontend engineering) • Building microservices, APIs, and micro-frontend architectures • Proven experience in platform engineering and developer platforms (IDP): • Designing and building reusable platform services • Enabling developer self-service capabilities • Standardizing onboarding and SDLC workflows • Deep experience in system integration and enterprise-scale engineering: • Integrating multiple enterprise systems via APIs and event-driven patterns • Building scalable and resilient distributed systems • Expertise in GenAI integration within enterprise environments preferred: • Integrating tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI coding assistants • Building agent-based or orchestration layers, e.g., MCP/Agents • Implementing safe usage patterns and guardrails for AI-assisted development • Strong understanding of SDLC automation and DevOps practices: • CI/CD pipelines • Automated testing and validation • Release and deployment governance • Environment and configuration management • Experience implementing governance, compliance, and controls in SDLC workflows: • Policy enforcement within development pipelines • Audit logging and traceability • Integration with security and risk controls • Ability to operate in regulated enterprise environments and adhere to enterprise risk frameworks • Strong collaboration and delivery capabilities: • Working within Agile / Scrum operating model • Participating in design reviews, backlog refinement, and sprint execution • Collaborating across platform, security, and infrastructure teams Deliverables • IDP platform enhancements — APIs, workflows, integrations • GenAI integration layer — Agents + MCP • Application manifest framework, including AI metadata • Microservices and micro-frontends • Automated SDLC workflows
