About the role and team
Interns and early-career talent at Uber don’t just observe—they build. As a University Recruiter, you are the architect of that first experience, finding the hungry, curious, and adaptable minds that will shape our future. This isn't a typical high-volume recruiting role; it is a high-stakes mission to bridge the digital and real worlds by identifying potential where others see only a blank resume. • Communicate complex recruitment findings and reporting to hiring teams, providing clarity and direction on university strategy and candidate trends.
• Act as a versatile utility player, jumping in to support strategic TA initiatives whenever needed with a focus on ownership and integrity.
