We’re backed by top investors including YC and Khosla Ventures, growing rapidly, and helping hundreds of contractors modernize their front office operations.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive pipeline growth and connect home service businesses with the future of AI-powered customer communication.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is hungry, coachable, competitive, and excited to grow in tech sales. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and leadership to identify opportunities, generate meetings, and build relationships with contractors and operators across the home services industry.
If you enjoy fast-paced startup environments, learning quickly, and having a direct impact on company growth, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, text, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify strong fit opportunities
- Book demos and meetings for Account Executives
- Research accounts and personalize outreach messaging
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and conversion rates
- Learn the home services industry and become an expert on Broccoli’s AI platform
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development
- Strong communication skills — especially over the phone
- Highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Coachable with a willingness to learn quickly
- Experience in SaaS, startups, or home services is a plus but not required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $80,000 - $90,000 OTE (base salary + commission)
- Accelerated career growth opportunities
- Work directly with experienced startup and GTM leaders
- Fast-growing AI company with strong market momentum
- Flexible remote work environment
- Health, dental, and vision benefits
- PTO and company holidays
WHY JOIN BROCCOLI?

At Broccoli, you’ll join a team building products that solve real operational problems and directly impact revenue for contractors across the country. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our go-to-market motion while building foundational sales skills in one of the fastest-growing AI categories.
