Job description
ProductWind is the first retail influencer marketing platform that’s built specifically to help brands launch products on retail marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and BestBuy. ProductWind helps enterprise brands by using influencers to drive social content, traffic, product feedback and share of voice to ramp online sales faster.
E-Commerce Marketing today is broken. ProductWind brings technology to influencers to bring ROI back to marketing. We’re a small start-up that is profitable and growing extremely quickly. Come build the future of online marketing with us
productwind.com
Your role:
- You will work on ProductWind’s Enterprise SAAS platform that the largest brands in the world use to launch their new products
- You will work on ProductWind’s mobile app that helps 2MM+ creators join campaigns and connect with ProductWind clients
- You will work with the Head of Product and development team to deliver, test and hand off new features.
- You will promote adoption of completed features by providing training tools and documentation to drive successful usage for clients and our team.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with the Head of Product, engineering, design and other team members to develop and launch projects.
- You will practice key product skills by delivering excellent written product requirements, working on UX requirements and collaborating with the design team, and becoming an expert on our products.
- You'll spend 25%+ of your time working between Product and Go-to-Market. You'll be the person our sales team turns to when a deal needs a sharper proposal, a precise answer to a hard product question, or a data story that makes the value of our work obvious to a buyer.
- You'll join sales and client calls to support discovery, demo, and renewal conversations, and get to know our customers firsthand.
- You will capture customer feedback and patterns from the field and translate that into what we build in the platform
The ideal candidate:
- 2+ years experience in product management, program management, solutions consulting, or analytics, with a strong understanding of the product development process.
- Analytical ability - you’re comfortable working with performance data in Excel or Google Sheets and pulling out the insight that matters. SQL is a plus.
- Clear communicator - you can explain complex ideas simply, in writing and live on a call.
- Client presence - you’re comfortable in front of senior stakeholders at enterprise brands and can hold your own when the questions get specific.
- Product curiosity - you want to understand how things are built and why, and you’re excited to grow in a product career.
- Low ego, high ownership - you care about the team winning, and you don’t wait to be asked to fix what’s broken
- Experience building Enterprise SAAS products or E-commerce or Social products
- Proven ability to own products or projects end-to-end.
- Experience working with product, UX, engineering, and sales teams.
- Strong product and UX instincts.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Critical thinker, fast learner, and strong collaborator.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
