You will validate and substantiate claims of ownership by applying program rules, regulations, and laws affecting ownership across all 50 states, federal regulations, and international restrictions. • Communicate complex information accurately and professionally to claimants and holders. • Conduct claimant interviews and investigations to determine ownership. • Gather information from various sources independently. • Review and critically analyze documents such as affidavits, wills, and court documents. • Research records to locate properties efficiently. • Interpret and apply statutes and regulations independently. • Approve payment of claims and manage a workload of claims within time constraints and quality standards. Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent. • Security clearance required. • Local candidates only; hybrid schedule with one day onsite per week.
