Ability to understand and translate highly technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies, including specialized areas such as embedded C/C++, RTOS, microcontrollers, FPGA, RF systems, antennas, and EMI/EMC. Familiarity with engineering verification and validation processes, hardware test methodologies, and environmental testing. Experience recruiting within aerospace, space, satellite, defense, or adjacent complex hardware/deep-tech industries. Proven ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialized hardware engineering positions in competitive markets. Ability to effectively pitch Loft’s mission, culture, and technical challenges to highly specialized, passive candidates. Experience conducting phone screens, assessing technical alignment, and managing candidate communication throughout the full interview lifecycle.
