About the role and team
Working as a Product Operations Manager means solving hard problems in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment where you serve as the hub bridging product, engineering, and business teams. You will lead the development and rollout of products that drive results on our highest-priority growth and efficiency levers, ensuring we build the right platform solutions to support global scale. This is not a role for those seeking a predictable routine; it is for those who find purpose in the messiness of scaling a global business and can maintain a high talent bar for excellence.
This role requires a unique combination of grit and intellectual curiosity to turn complexity into clarity at speed. You will navigate competing priorities and lead through influence rather than control, often making critical decisions with imperfect information. If you are energized by the challenge of building globally scalable processes within a complex organization and move with urgency to solve what's hard, this is where you'll grow. We are looking for individuals who take deep ownership of their work and are ready to go boldly together to move the real world.
