ABOUT MAKI
Maki builds AI agents that help large companies hire faster and better, from screening to assessment to engaging candidates. Global enterprises use Maki to run hiring at scale, and our GTM team in New York is growing.
THE ROLE
You are the first conversation many of the world's largest employers have with Maki. You find the right accounts, reach Talent Acquisition and HR leaders, and book the meetings our Account Executives turn into deals. You work hand in hand with AEs, marketing and a tight BDR team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Research target accounts and spot the signals that make now the right time to talk, using AI tools every day.
- Run phone first outreach, backed by email and LinkedIn, to senior TA and HR leaders.
- Book qualified meetings and hand them to AEs with the context they need.
- Help fill and run executive dinners and events with your AEs.
- Keep Salesforce clean and accurate.
- Share what you hear from buyers with marketing and product.

- Fluent English.

- French or another European language.
- Experience selling to HR or Talent Acquisition teams.

A note on how we hire
Before you meet anyone from the team, you will complete a short screening interview with Mochi, our AI interviewer. Everyone who applies goes through this step, and we only interview candidates who have completed it.
If this is your first AI interview, know that Mochi is a core part of the product we build. We hire with the same tools we sell.
Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you.
