What we need to see: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of experience. • Genuine interest in applying technical skills to business operations: building tools, automating workflows, and improving how a team works. • Programming experience in Python or a similar language, with hands-on experience writing scripts to process, clean, transform, and validate data. • Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or agent frameworks, and curiosity about how they can be applied to real operational problems. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to convert an unclear process into clear, repeatable steps. • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including large datasets, formulas, lookups, pivots, and reconciliation techniques. • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. • Able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with good judgment and integrity. Ways to stand out from the crowd: • Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, workflow automation, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere (or other RPA tool), or SQL. • Prior exposure to equity compensation, stock administration, or financial operations. • Familiarity with the Charles Schwab EquiView platform. • Familiarity with UKG Pro and payroll processing.
