Job description

BDR/SDR – Brave Search API Remote - USA preferred About Brave Brave is on a mission to protect the human right to privacy online. We’ve built a free web browser that blocks creepy ads and trackers by default, a private search engine with a truly independent index, a private ad network (opt-in!) that directly rewards you for your attention, and a browser-native AI integration focused on keeping private data private. And we’re just getting started. Already 120 million people have switched to Brave for a faster, more private web. Millions more switch every month. The internet is a sea of ads, hackers, and echo chambers. Big Tech makes huge profits off our data, and tells us what’s true and what’s not. Brave is fighting back. Join us! The Role We are looking for a driven BDR/SDR to help us expand our footprint in the developer and enterprise markets and create our internal lead generation process. As a BDR for the Brave Search API, you will be the first point of contact for potential enterprise and developer users. Key Responsibilities Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients (SaaS companies, media outlets, developer tools) that would benefit from integrating the Brave Search API. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and leads in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot). Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and stay updated on new API features and use cases. Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from prospects to help shape the product roadmap and sales strategy. Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, API/Developer Tools, or Privacy Tech. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Tech Savviness: Familiarity with APIs, developer ecosystems, or the ability to quickly learn technical product details. Mindset: A strong belief in the mission of online privacy and user data sovereignty. Tools: Proficiency with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation tools.
