Job description

Systech International is a trailblazer in safeguarding global supply chains through digital traceability, serialization and compliance. As the first company to introduce the world to product serialization, we’re celebrating 40 years of product innovation and setting global standards for a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutraceuticals and consumer packaged goods. Today, as a proud part of Dover Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer and solutions provider, we continue to lead the industries we serve by delivering cutting-edge technology that secures brands, combats counterfeiting, and ensures product integrity worldwide. Responsibilities: This is a foundational commercial hire. As our first Senior Business Development Representative in EMEA, you won't be handed a list and told to dial. You'll start by mapping the market and defining the right ICPs, identifying key buyer personas, and understanding what will actually resonate with them before building and executing a targeted outbound motion from scratch. You'll work closely with marketing to align inbound and outbound efforts, and collaborate across sales and product to sharpen our go-to-market approach. This is a strategic, high-visibility role for someone who thinks beyond their own pipeline. If you want to inherit a playbook, this isn't the right role. If you want to help write one and build something that matters read on. Main tasks: • Map and prioritize target accounts across EU pharma based on regulatory exposure, firmographic fit, and buying signals • Define and refine ICP and buyer persona profiles in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership • Develop persona-specific outreach strategies for key buyers across email, LinkedIn, and phone • Execute multi-channel outbound sequences with a focus on relevance and precision over volume • Qualify and respond to inbound leads with speed and genuine commercial intelligence • Develop working knowledge of and global serialization compliance deadlines and serialization to effectively open doors. • Collaborate closely with marketing on campaign alignment, content feedback, and demand generation initiatives • Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and contribute to ongoing process improvement Essential Skills & Experience: • 4–7 years in a B2B sales development, market development, or strategic outbound role, ideally in enterprise SaaS, life sciences, or supply chain technology • Proven ability to independently research, segment, and prioritize a target market, not just execute against a list someone else built • Strong written and verbal communicator who adapts message and tone meaningfully by persona and context • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and genuinely motivated to build, not just execute • Curious about pharma • Fluent English; additional European language (German, French, Spanish) a strong advantage • Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience preferred You’ll only be the right candidate if you are aligned to our values and culture: • Is visionary and understands how to execute on the vision • Be willing to jump in and be “hands on” • Winning through customers • High ethical standards, openness and trust • Expectations for results • Respect and value people We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position’s responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, a candidate’s education/training, the position’s location, and the key skills needed for the position. Pay is one of the Total Rewards that we provide to compensate and recognize employees for their work. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other factors prohibited by law. Attention Applicants: If you are an individual with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process, please let us know. Likewise, if you are limited in the ability to access or use this online application process and need an alternative method for applying, we will determine an alternate way for you to apply.
