We're seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the single point of contact for the City of St. Petersburg's Procurement & Supply Management department. Responsibilities • Administer agreements and oversee all aspects of implementation, servicing, reporting, and issue resolution. • Coordinate placement of temporary staff for labor, maintenance, and emergency situations. • Manage pre-placement screenings and clearances, including Level 2 screenings for specific facilities. • Coordinate timesheet approval, monitor hours, and manage overtime authorization. • Oversee invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and provide usage reports. • Lead staffing support during emergencies and coordinate transitions of current temporary workers. Requirements • Must be based in the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area, working from Abacus's local servicing facility. • Available during normal business hours and able to meet a 2-hour response time. • 4 years of experience managing temporary staffing accounts. • Knowledge of pre-placement screening processes. • Experience managing timesheets, invoicing, and usage reporting. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferences • Experience managing staffing contracts for government agencies. • Experience with short notice and emergency staffing. • Knowledge of Florida Level 2 screening and security licensing. • Established local recruiting network in St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay. • Experience with ATS, VMS, or electronic timekeeping systems. Education & Certifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
