Product engineering and ownership. Strong full-stack fundamentals and proficiency in frontend and backend development. Ability to work independently and engage with product and domain experts, spot gaps, and own the ideas through to production. Experience shipping real-time and text- based LLM products is nice to have. Weʼre language-agnostic; familiarity with Rails and React is a bonus.Brain Team Job Rec1 Agent fundamentals. Hands-on work with an LLM observability system, building or contributing to an eval system is a plus. Nice to Have Agentic development. Comfortable building alongside agents and utilizing coding agents effectively in your daily development. You can recognize poor quality code and writing produced by agents and know how to steer them towards a high-quality outcome on large tasks. You know how to use them to automate easy/repetitive tasks and build your domain expertise.
