Job Summary:
This role is for a marketer who thinks in logistics, strategy, and brand experience in equal measure. Booking a sponsorship is the easy part. The work is building environments where Neumo's sales and account teams can generate, accelerate, and close deals with the finance directors, county clerks, court administrators, recorders, DMV leaders, and agency CIOs who decide how government serves its constituents.
You will own end-to-end execution of Neumo's national event strategy across the full product portfolio — Revenue Compliance, Justice, Public Administration, Payments, DMV, and Platform — from large-scale government and industry conferences to intimate, high-touch customer gatherings.
You will do and you will train in this role. This role requires both strategic team leadership skills to build and align the events strategy with business unit leaders, sales leaders, and customer success team leads. This person also needs to hire and train a super effective specialist to run all logistical elements of an event with near-zero error rate.
Public sector selling rewards presence and patience. Agencies evaluate in the open, procure on published timelines, and lean heavily on peer reference. Events are where that trust gets built — and this role owns that surface.
