Product Owner/Manager at Photon

Job description

• Own the AI use-case backlog for the pod, starting with the servicing agent-assist scale-out and prioritizing additional items from the backlog of AI pilots. • Partner with internal Product Owner and PSL leadership team to define call reduction, AHT (average handle time), and deflection targets — cited the early benchmark of "90 seconds to 14 seconds" agent lookup time and signaled this is where ROI must be proven. • Translate business intent into Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps (ADO) , the SOW-mandated system of record, with explicit Acceptance Criteria. • Run sprint planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and demos in line with Photon's AI-infused agile cadence (1–2 week sprints, working toward 2-day sprints as the team matures). • Operate as a "Vibe PO" — leveraging AI tooling for requirements drafting, story generation, and acceptance criteria authoring. • Coordinate with the transformation advisor on ways-of-working alignment. Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 60,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 210,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role. Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees. This position is available for independent contractors No applications will be considered if received more than 120 days after the date of this post
