Key Responsibilities • Gathering the raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built. • Determining what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency. The Level 1 Content Developer shall possess the following capabilities • Gather raw content appropriate for inclusion in the relevant courses. • Review storyboards to ensure content is reflected appropriately. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired. • Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained. • Experience shall be in at least one of the following areas:• CNO operational duties• Development of related training• Instruction of related training • Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas. • Certifications in areas relevant to the training content areas are desired.
