Job description

ABOUT DUALENTRY DualEntry is building the OS for finance. Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s. DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk. In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies. We hire outliers - people who have achieved difficult things, in their careers or beyond. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS NOW WHERE YOU'LL CREATE IMPACT - Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles - Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning - Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies - Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end - Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS - Hardcore work ethic and high agency - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process) - Deep sourcing expertise - you find talent beyond inbound - Analytical: you track what's working and manage against KPIs WHY YOU’LL THRIVE HERE - Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world - You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry - Your feedback shapes the product directly - High-speed, high-trust environment with high expectations MEET THE TA TEAM - Shweta linkedin.com was DualEntry's first Talent hire before there was a team, an ATS, or a process, there was just her building it from zero. Ex-Meta recruiter, agency founder and the reason the TA team below moves as fast as it does. - Nikolija linkedin.com conducted an interview process in 24h - from LinkedIn outreach, through prescreen and team interviews to on-site case presentation and offer - all in one day. - Polina linkedin.com joined as a 2nd TA hire and built the product and design team 0 > 1, with the fastest hire closed in just 6 days. - Magdalena linkedin.com joined as Founding TA, setting up ATS, KPIs and sourcing processes and leading the Engineering hiring function. Closed multiple strategic hires across the business, setting the fastest time-to-hire record: 4 days - Valentina linkedin.com an Ashby ghostbuster who built the reporting and dashboard stack from scratch, filled a historically hard-to-fill partnerships role within her first month with 9 days time to hire. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Equity: $40,000 - $65,000 USD - Base salary: $120,000 - $170,000 USD - Variable compensation: $15,000 - $60,000 USD - Remote-first team - the fastest team you will have ever worked with - Home internet, co-working space & office setup support - Flexible PTO (27 days incl. public holidays) - Unlimited AI token usage - AI skills development & enablement - Learning & development budget for courses, certifications & language learning - Visa sponsorship and relocation support for a move to NYC (after 2 years’ tenure) - In-person team meetups (our last ones: Lisbon, Vienna, Warsaw, Cyprus, and more!) “The biggest problems are solved by people willing to take on what others think is impossible. At DualEntry, you’ll work with exceptional builders. Join us at the moment where everything is still being written. You’ll have the chance to build, influence our direction and see your impact every day.” Shweta Sharma linkedin.com, Head of Talent at DualEntry
