Compri is seeking an IT Project Manager for our client headquartered in Denver, Colorado. This is a 100% remote role. NO 3 rd PARTIES, NO SPONSORSHIP, NO EXCEPTIONS . Candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives for our healthcare client. This individual will oversee projects from discovery through deployment, managing delivery timelines, critical dependencies, budgets, resources, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong SDLC knowledge, Agile delivery experience, financial management expertise, and the ability to proactively identify risks and drive projects to successful completion. Must-Have Requirements • 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years managing IT projects. • Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Strong Agile project management experience, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies. • Experience managing cloud technology projects. • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, milestones, critical-path dependencies, risks, and deliverables. • Experience with resource allocation, capacity planning, and change management. • Project financial management experience, including budgets, CapEx/OpEx, vendor SOWs, labor costs, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasting. • Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering teams, Scrum Masters, and executive stakeholders. Strongly Preferred • PMP certification or another recognized project management certification. • Change management or Lean Six Sigma certification. • Experience with project portfolio management tools such as Apptio Targetprocess (ATP), Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project Online. • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
